Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and what happens if it's not right.
Delivery
- We deliver worldwide.
- Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. The estimated delivery time for each product is shown on its page before you buy.
- Every order includes tracked delivery — you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Shipping costs are shown on each product page — many items ship free.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or isn't what you ordered — in that case we cover it.
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.
